Dear Fellow Rotarians,
The Avon Rotary Club is very pleased to host of the 2018 District Training Assembly (DTA) scheduled for Saturday, April 14, 2018 at the Avon Middle School, 191 Clinton St, Avon, NY. We are very excited to invite you to attend the Assembly. The school is completely handicapped accessible and there will be ample parking available, but we still want to encourage you to ride share.

Note: The event includes breakfast which will begin at 7:30 am and lunch at the conclusion of the final plenary.
Please have each member attending the 2018 District Training Assembly known in advance PRIOR to filling out this ONLINE registration form; You can also mail the collected forms and your club check to:

Avon, NY 14414 Registration Deadline - Friday, March 29th. Please note the registration process will not be deemed complete until all forms and the checks have been received.
Registration is FREE for the first 6 members of each club. Any NEW members (inducted after Jul 1, 2017) are also FREE and are included in addition to the first 6 members. Beyond that, the fee is $15.00 per person.
Gift Basket Raffle: We ask that each club in the district contribute a basket (minimum suggested value of $25) representing your region and local area of the district, which will be included in the raffle. Winning raffle numbers will be drawn after the final session has begun and placed on the appropriate basket, as well as displayed on a large chart to assist everyone at the close.
50/50 Raffle: The winner will be drawn during the closing plenary session.
