DESCRIPTION:DISTRICT LEARNING ASSEMBLY What is it and Why attend? The Dist
 rict Learning Assembly is designed to educate Rotary members who have been
  selected by the president elect to take on important club leadership resp
 onsibilities in the coming year. In addition\, the assembly also welcomes 
 participation from all other members—whether they are new to Rotary or h
 ave longstanding experience—who wish to enhance their understanding of R
 otary's mission\, programs\, and best practices. Members gain valuable kno
 wledge and information that will enhance their effectiveness in serving th
 eir clubs and communities. The program is structured to foster growth\, in
 crease engagement\, and  strengthen commitment to creating positive chang
 e through Rotary service. A great networking and fellowship opportunity!
