Happy Year to all our Rotarian family and friends! As we move forward into 2026, it is important to look back and remember our Family and Friends. All our projects and accomplishments that we have brought to our communities and in the world. A testament to our shared commitment.

We honor all the District 7120 Rotary Clubs on their achievements that have positively impacted both our local communities and the broader world. These milestones highlight the dedication and collaborative spirit that unite us as Rotarians. Each effort showcases our ongoing commitment to service and the values we share.

Together, let’s continue to Unite for Good and make a difference, celebrating the friendships, service, and unity that define our journey as Rotarians. Our shared experiences and relationships strengthen our resolve to keep working toward a brighter future, guided by the principles of fellowship and service above self.

Our Rotary Monthly Theme

January is recognized as Vocational Service Month is dedicated to celebrating the importance of vocational service within Rotary's mission. It emphasizes the role of Rotarians in using their professional skills and ethical practices to make a positive impact intheir communities.

Vocational Service is one way that members and participants can serve at Rotary. It involves using our professional skills and expertise to serve the community, promote ethical practices, and inspire others.

To thrive in a rapidly changing world, Rotary needs to evolve. Our Action Plan gives us a clear path for the future. The Vocational Service of Rotarians and Rotaractors is deeply connected to our Action Plan and is a key part of advancing our priorities:

• Increase our impact. By using our expertise, we can design projects with a broader reach, build more effective community partnerships, have measurable outcomes, and make positive and lasting change. We also gain new skills and perspectives by working with members and participants who offer their expertise through service.
• Expand our reach. By leveraging our networks, we can connect with new partners and audiences.
• Enhance participant engagement. By mentoring members, nurturing future leaders, acquiring new knowledge and skills, and participating more actively through our talents, we take part in enriching, more meaningful experiences. Engagement helps retain members and strengthens people’s commitment to Rotary’s ideals.
• Increase our ability to adapt. Members with different professions, backgrounds, and knowledge bring innovative ideas and perspectives to their clubs, service projects, and programs.

Rotary Vocational Service Month is an opportunity for Rotarians to engage actively in their communities, reflect on their professional responsibilities, and promote ethical standards in their respective fields. By participating in various activities, members can exemplify the ideals of Rotary and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
