Youth Exchange Program Calendar

Definitions of Attendance Requirements: 

MANDATORY Events – Are events that student attendance is required, if a student fails to attend a mandatory event they will be sent home. 

EXPECTED Events – Are events that the students attendance is expected as part of the exchange. However students may be released from part or all of the vent by the Distirct Chair or Vice Chair, provided what they are being released for meets the purpose and goals of the District 7120 Youth Exchange Program.

OPTIONAL Events – Are events that it is up to the student whether or not they choose to attend. We do recommend that the students attend all the District sponsored events, however there may be additional costs to the students to attend the optional events. The District does not wish to force these additional expenses on the students, so we leave it up to the students.
