District 7120 Interact Updates 
 

IMPORTANT!  It is Imperative that you update at least one Interact Advisor with Rotary International yearly.  Failure to do so will result in your club being Terminated with RI and will require you to Recharter.  The update link is as follows to RI  https://my.rotary.org/en/report-your-interact-club-advisor  You will need your Interact Club Number with RI which you can find in the 7120 Interact Club Status file in the Menu to the left at the bottom in Files.  You will need a clubrunner login to access this file.  School Interact Advisors must contact their sponsor Rotoary Club Interact Advisor.

If you have not been making these yearly updates Rotary Members with member access to clubrunner can go to the menu to the left near the bottom in Files and open the 7120 Interact Club Status Club file to see your club status and determine if the Club is still Active with Rotary International.  If your club shows Terminated with Rotary International you need to go to the Updating Interact Clubs with RI in the Menu to the left.  You will need to fill out the Interact Club Certification form.
 
It is advisable for the incoming Interact Student President to give their contact Information to Rotary Interantional as they will be updated with information on Interact.  More information on this shortly
 
We are looking to get current information (Both club and school advisors) from all Interact Clubs.

Yearly it is advised that the new Interact Club President and Advisors review the Standard Interact Club Constitutuion and Club Bylaws (and possibly update them if things have changed).  If the Interact Club Bylaws need to be recreated review the Standard Interact Club Constitution first.
