Our district’s workshop is now aligned with Rotary’s Action Planning Priorities and Objectives. One of the facilitators presents an awareness overview to your board of directors and club to learn how your members can increase the impact of your projects, expand your club’s reach in the community, enhance the engagement of your club members, and increase your club member’s ability to adapt with our changing times. This awareness presentation provides an opportunity to discover how your club can retain and attract more members. You can achieve all this and more when you discover the value and importance of an effective Action Plan. This process has helped clubs grow membership, ignite engagement, become more effective, and most importantly have FUN!
If your club chooses to participate in an Action Planning Workshop, our facilitators begin by using club-specific information gathered through a simple, easy-to-complete Action Planning Survey. Engaging activities and facilitated discussions help your members assess where your club is today, identify opportunities for improvement, and envision where you want your club to be in the future. Your facilitators then guide your members through a collaborative process to develop a practical Action Plan that turns your vision into reality—with clear priorities, achievable objectives, and a roadmap for moving forward together.
Presentation Availability: Speakers are available for in-person or virtual presentations throughout District 7120 and can accommodate morning, lunch, or dinner meetings, Monday through Friday, with presentation lengths ranging from 20 to 30 minutes including Q&A. Advance scheduling of one month or more is preferred. This program uses PowerPoint presentation.
