THE ROTARY ACTION PLANNING WORKSHOP HAS BEEN UPDATED AND REVISED TO HELP YOUR CLUB SHIFT FROM AVERAGE TO “EXTRAORDINARY”
Our district’s workshop is now aligned with Rotary’s Action Planning Priorities and Objectives. Our facilitation team will guide your club to discover how it can increase the impact of your projects, expand your club’s reach in the community, enhance the engagement of your club members, and increase your club member’s ability to adapt with our changing times. The workshop results will provide an opportunity to retain and attract more members. You can achieve all this and more when you discover the value and importance of an effective Action Plan. This process has helped clubs grow membership, ignite engagement, become more effective, and most importantly have FUN!
The facilitators use data from an easy to complete Action Planning survey and engaging activities to assess your current state and guide your club members as they forge a future vision for your club. The facilitators then lead your club members through the development of an Action Plan to help your vision become a reality.
