The District Youth Exchange program has begun its 2025-26 Youth Exchange year. We need the support of the District’s Rotary Clubs with their commitment to host an Inbound (IB) Student for the 2025-26.
Get the Statement of Intent and Club Compliance forms for you to fill out. If you have hosted an Exchange student before, you are familiar with these forms. If not, these documents need the signature of the Club President, President Elect and the YEO - Club’s Youth Exchange Officer to confirm your club’s commitment to host an inbound student.
Our District operates on a one to one exchange that is determined by the Outbound students placement. Therefore the number of Rotary clubs needed to host an Inbound Student is to date, 19. It is important to return these forms to the District’s Youth Exchange placement officer, Mike Taylor (mktaylor4@gmail.com) as the declaration of your club’s intent to host an inbound exchange student for the 2025-26 Youth Exchange year.
